Everybody likes a bargain, but the best bargain is when you can get something for free. The following is a list of 10 sources to get free products, goods or sevices.

1. Free Food There are many places to get free food on your birthday (or any other day). For children under 12 free food opportunities are everywhere. 2. Free Food If you are in more dire need of food and have to feed your family, Feeding America.org has a list of all the free food banks across the country. Follow this link for the list: FeedingAmerica.org. Since all our readers know I can't stick to just 10 anything, here's another link: FreeFood.org.
3. Free Clothes (for Men) There are many sources for free clothes, but if you are in need of dress clothes for a job interview CareerGear.org may be a good source. Career Gear offers business attire for those in need, but they also offer training and support for your job search.

4. Free Clothes (For Women) If you are financially strapped and are looking for a prom dress for your daughter thre is hope for you. The Princess Project offers free prom dresses for young ladies so they don't have to miss this very important day in their young lives.
5. Free Software If you are starting a business, hardware and software could be one of your biggest initial business expenses. If you are starting a software company and you plan to use Microsoft development tools Microsoft has a program for you. 6. Free Furniture If you are looking for that desk, chair or bookcase for your home, before you buy it you should check out Craigslist. They have a section where people give away furniture and other things they don't want. Just go to the "for sale" section of the city you want and then select "free stuff" from the pick list.

You never know what you might find there so it's a good idea to check back often.
7. Free Goodies One of the best websites to find free stuff is at FreeStuffTimes.com. The website offers between 10 and 20 new freebies every day in many categories to include: baby stuff, clothing, magazines, software, pet items, music and videos. Visit the site daily or subscribe to their newsletter to have notices of free items sent directly to your inbox.

Free Advice Of course every website and probably most people you meet are willing to give you free advice, but if you want a specialty website designed to answer any specific question you might have we suggest the AskMe Help Desk. What sets this site apart from some of the others like Ask.com and Yahoo Answers is that the questions and answers are more focused on topics that can actually HELP you in your daily like (business, careers, health, wellness, home & garden, law, etc.). The answers are provided by experts and are usually short, concise and accurate.
9. Free Games The king of all freebies has to be the thousands of free apps available on iTunes when you have an iPhone or an iPad. The days of Pong on the Atari or $59 racing games on PlayStation 3 are over. The games on iTunes are sophisticated and fun, with graphics and gameplay that rivals the stuff you can find on XBox, PlayStation or Nintendo. Best of all many of the apps are free or cost $.99! Browse online or through your phone and download your free apps in minutes. You'll be playing games in no time.
10. Free Everything It may seem quite unbelievable but there is such a thing called the Really, Really Free Market (RRFM) where people can go and get whatever is offered there for free. The RRFM is a movement started in 2004 by individuals who believe that capitalism is the root of many evils in today’s society. No money is exchanged at the market, instead people come and give away clothes, furniture, etc. that they don't need or want. People also give away services such as free massages and haircuts.

Many major cities produce listings of free medical and health services within the area. In San Francisco, for example FreePrintshop.org produces the San Francisco Free Medical Chart that lists all the local sources of free medical care to include urgent care, dental, podiatry, prenatal care and HIV testing. If you live in a major city you might want to look for a local listing at your state or city health department.
Although iTunes is great for downloading free games, there are also thousands of useful free apps to include apps to help you with your finances, GPS apps and more. Take the time to browse and download whatever you may need.
