Ingredients
2 Ham Steaks, 2 16oz Can of Baked Beans, 4 Potatoes
Cooking Instructions
Ham Steaks (2 minutes)
Ham Steaks are fully cooked but to heat them up place them in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Slice each Ham Steak in half (1/2 is plenty for 1 person).
Baked Potatoes (in microwave) 16 minutes
First, wash the 4 potatoes under running water (no soap!). You can scrub it with a vegetable brush or just rub it with your hands. Pat potatoes dry with a paper towel.
Use a knife and puncture at least four holes on both sides of each potato. You must do this to let the steam escape or else the potatoes will explode in the microwave.
Put 2 potatoes in a microwave safe bowl, pour a little salt and pepper over the potatoes and put them in the microwave for 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, flip the potatoes over. Cook for the remaining 4 minutes in the microwave. When those potatoes are done repeat the process for the other 2 potatoes.
Be careful when removing plate as it will be hot.
Baked Beans (5 minutes)
Open 2 cans baked beans and place them in a medium sized pot. Heat at medium high for 5 minutes
