Chief Executive -Kenneth I. Chenault

Chairman and CEO of American Express.  Mr. Chenault (58) has been Chairman since April 2001 and Chief Executive Officer since January 2001.  According to Forbes Magazine in 2009 Mr. Chenault's annual salary was $1.2 million.  With stock awards, stock option awards and other earnings his total compensation for 2009 was over $27 million.
