Yendi Phillipps is the African and Indo-Jamaican beauty who is the winner of the 2007 Miss Jamaica World title and the first runner up in the 2010 Miss Universe beauty pageant. In addition to these accolades Phillipps became the first contestant in history to make it to the finals in each of the Miss World 2007 fast track events: Miss World Beach Beauty, Miss World Sports, Miss World Talent, Miss Wrold Top Model, and Beauty.
Born on September 8, 1985 Yendi Phillipps is much more than just a pretty face. She holds a Bachelor's degree of Fine Arts from the State University of New York at Brockport and a Master's degree in Recreation and Leisure Management. Although she has had numerous endorsement deals and related opportunities she is currently the most proud of her newly formed Yendi Phillipps Foundation; designed to empower people about wellness with information, and also to facilitate wellness from a holistic perspective of mind, body and soul.
With so much physical talent and mental acumen it is only a matther of time before television and film discovers this Jamaican beauty. Hopefully this profile will assist in that process. I know a whole lot of men will be very pleased with that result.
