Meagan Good is an American television and film actress who began her career at age 5. She first won critical acclaim for her role as Cicely Baptiste in the film Eve’s Bayou, a role which won her an NAACP Image Award nomination. Although she has appeared in numerous movies she is probably best known for her roles in Deliver Us From Eva, Stomp the Yard and Roll Bounce.
In addition to working in front of the camera, Ms. Good has created her own production company, Freedom Bridge Entertainment. Through her developing understanding of the entertainment business and by maintaining high standards in the roles she accepts, Meagan Good seems to have the makings of a long and promising career. According to several sources Good considers herself a very spiritual person and states that she refuses to do roles that she feels might “disappoint God.”
