Damaris Lewis, born in Brooklyn on October 10, 1990, is an up-and-coming African American model. Damaris probably best known for her layouts in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues, in which she has appeared in every year from 2009 through 2011. In addition to her appearances in SI Damaris has appeared in ad campaigns for such prominent brands as Victoria’s Secret, French Vogue.
Damaris certainly has been well groomed for her career in front of the camera. She is a graduate of the prestigious Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts where she studied dance. It was there that she was discovered at the tender age of 15, and by 19 she had found her way into several high profile ad campaigns
