Have you ever had one of those days where you are so mad you just want to spit! You look at somebody enjoying their day and wish you could just stab them in the neck with a fork!
Maybe its your boss who is treating you like trash. Maybe you found out your girlfriend or boyfriend is cheating. It could be your landlord is harassing you, or your kids are driving you nuts. Or maybe you just got a speeding ticket for going 5 miles over the limit.
Whatever the case may be, this post is for you.
Unless you are a multi-millionaire zen master you probably have those moments or days when you are just really upset and angry. At those times you just want to lash out and yell at someone, hurt someone, or God forbid hurt yourself.
When you have those moments of extreme anger it is extremely important to release your anger - CONSTRUCTIVELY.
Most of the times extreme anger is the result of frustration; people or circumstances are not going the way you want them to go and you feel powerless to change things. Unfortunately while you are in your blind rage you cannot act rationally to address whatever it is that is bothering you. The tension must be released first, then you can go about making the necessary productive changes.
This post is specifically for you to vent. If something is bothering you, sound off in the comments.
You can write in all CAPS and use as many explanation points as you want, just LEAVE THE FOUL LANGUAGE OUT.
You may not need to do it today. You may not need it tomorrow, but someday you will need to pop off and here is a place to do it.
Screaming at a facebook comment box is alot better than yelling at your wife, beating your kids, kicking the dog or hurting a stranger so bookmark this page and use it when you need it.
